Site Name and a small Link Banner 88x31 to place on the board.
Your web address:
The name of your contest :
The code of your contest: {They are below or on site}
Date accepting entry:
Closing Date:
When your contest has ended please let me know so I can update the Board. Let me know when the contest
is going to be voting or judged. Also when you have there Awards up.
The status will say awards till you have me place a new contest up, but if there is to be no new contest the
awards note will only stay up for 1 weeks.
Each month I send out a newsletter to every doller I have an e-mail address, about what contests are running
and who site they are running at also to check out the Contest Sites Board for any changes. Before I send a
newsletter out I send a reminder to all who are on the Contest Sites Board to see if they have anything new
going at with there contests.
I also have a happy face system for the sites that have kept me in touch with up dated on theirs contests each
month or when they start another new contest a happy face goes next to your site name.
So please even if you have nothing new for your contest, just say “Nothing new, contest is still running” or “No
contest running at this time” that way we know your site is still going and not dead.
☺Keeps me up to dated with their site ☻Site on Hiatus. Site maybe taken down but your always welcome
back.
If I have not heard from you, the first month you get a warning. Its only fair to the other who do keep me up
dated.

Also Each time a newsletter goes out it will be sent to you by Bcc for your protection. It will always be my
address in the To: "Contest Site Board". Please if you don't mind taking the time to let me know that you did
